How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders with proof of payment received after 12pm on working days will be dispatched by courier the following day and delivered within 3 working days.
What if my order is very large or there are unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery?
In case of large orders or unforeseen circumstances that prevent timely delivery, Optimum Nutrition will contact you to notify you about the situation. They will also provide an estimated delivery time along with a tracking number for your order.
What are the delivery hours for orders placed during the week?
Orders will be couriered during working hours on weekdays.
What happens if I place an order after 12pm on a Friday?
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched by courier the following Monday (provided that Monday is not a public holiday) and delivered within 3 working days.
What is Optimum Nutrition's return policy?
If you received the product less than 7 days ago, it is unopened, sealed, and in good condition, we can provide you with a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for an alternative product. Please note that the return courier cost will be at your own expense, and we cannot refund your original delivery fee if applicable.

What precautions should I take when returning a product?
Please make sure to seal the box securely and clearly address it to us with the provided delivery details. We cannot refund products that are lost during return shipping due to insufficient labeling or an incorrect address.

How will I receive my refund for the returned product?
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will contact you to arrange a refund via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into your bank account. Please note that an open product can only be returned if it was damaged or defective when you received it.

How will Optimum Nutrition handle a damaged product return?
We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected from the delivery address. Once we receive the product and confirm the damage, we will either exchange it for another product or provide a refund as per our return policy.
